I'm Peter, head coach for 'The Wellbeing Coach'.
I've had a passion for fitness for as long as I can remember. I've spent the past decade training and competing in various sports; from Boxing to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu to Powerlifting. I use the Strength and Conditioning knowledge that I have accumulated to guide my own training, as well as that of other athletes.

I am also well versed in Psychological methods, with a Master of Science in Developmental Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Sport Psychology. My Psychological knowledge makes me an excellent choice for people with psychological issues surrounding exercise, such as burnout, exercise adherence or self-confidence issues.
